10 Volumn Set Leather Bound Books Robert L. Stevenson Picture(s) and Description:

I am back from vacation and broke so I am listing these books at half the original listing price. This auction is for A 10 VOLUMN SET OF LEATHER BOUND BOOKS WITH THE WORKS OF ROBERT LOUIS STEVENSON. Copyrighted in 1906. The front and the back have the paper that looks like marble or a bunch of stones. I don't know what you call it but they used it on books way back when. The books each measure 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 by 2 inches deep at the spine. They are in excellent condition with a little flaking here and there but no big chunks (see the spines in the picture). They are a limited edition of 1,000 and this set is number 820. The notation of the limited edition is in each book. The front of each book has a small lithiograph (I think) like the one I show in the pictures of Robert Louis Stevenson, some of him and some of other scenes. The spines on these are so tight I wonder if anyone ever read them.
