This Illustrated Broadside is NOT a Reprint This is a Hogenberg Broadside dated June 5, 1568 Printed on sturdy Rag paper of the day. It was removed from a bound volume that came from a European Library. They were used as reference material in the library until microfilm came into practical use in 1953. Google it > Franz Hogenberg Google this too > Philips van Montmorency count of Horne Beheading June 5, 1568 was the date of this event. The Broadside was printed in Germany shortly after the event.
