1821 Store Ledger Westernville, NY Gen. W. Floyd Offered for auction is this old ledger that belonged to Brayton & Swan store in Westernville, NY. The store was erected in 1794 and ran by George Brayton. The store was built in the wilderness and it did a lot of business with Indians. One of the listed names in the store ledger is Gen. William Floyd, one of the men that signed our Declaration Of Independence. His named is listed about a dozen times. The long book (6.5 x 14.5") has about 100 pages full with transactions. The pages are in good shape. The softcover shows some light wear as seen in the images. Please see the many images for a better assessment.
