An original Civil War document at the top it says, "Received, In The Field in Tenn, November 29th 1862 of Lt. F.H. Rugar Quartermaster 102 Reg. Ill. Vols U.S. Army in the field in Tenn, the following list of Quartermaster's Stores." Right below it has account information for knives and forks. The document is signed by Captain Frank Shedd. The document is in very good condition, with some edge wear and a small stain mark in one area. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Thank you for looking.
